His knowledge of the design, construction, and (most imporantly!) the SOUND of harps (both lever and pedal) is second-to-none. Coupled with his many years of experience in piano tuning and refitting, as well as in the repair and maintenance of other stringed insruments, there is no better person to call if your instrument needs some TLC.

A talented pianist and cellist in his own right, Mark also brings the knowledge of a true musician to his work - he understands how instruments /need/ to sound and will work with players to ensure their instrument plays and feels as it should before it leaves his hands.
